![]() ![]() Ingots, Screws, slabs, everything to be gettin' everythin' built. Most days ye'll be havin' machines runnin' all day pumpin out manner o things for ye designs. Ye have a bounty o' machines to be gettin' ye buildin. Goin' hand in hand with makin' ye changes in Sandrock, the crafting is an improvement upon MTAP. Making ye feel apart of the world, and ultimately it's my most favourite draw to MTAS. As ye be making ye adventures, Ye'll be changing Sandrock, from buildin' cranes te' fixing the hydrogel, expanding the Yakmel network to more serious ventures like plantin' forests in the desert and building the road to Portia.įor each quest chain ye complete, You'll get reminders just how far ye've came. Egg on my face if it does already specify your items and I just ignored it since I filed it away as "bonus loot" message already. My time at Sandrock (MTAS) nails that sense of progression that My time at Portia (MTAP) pioneered. Lol, guess I'll make myself another sandstorm hat.įeedback if any dev reads this thread: changing message to "some of YOUR items have blown away" would clearer and more likely to make me gear up. Seriously I took the "some items have blown away" message to just mean "go look somewhere for loot" not that it was MY items being blown out of inventory. ![]() I was wondering why sandstorms somehow seemed to know what stuff I was wanting more of anyway. Turns out all the "free sandstorm" loot I've been finding was just my own crap blown away lol. Ooooooohhh is that how it works? I stopped wearing it because I gave it away for a quest and never noticed any consequences so didn't bother. ![]() Things getting blown away during sandstorms seems to be tied to whether or not the player is wearing appropriate sand protection from what I've seen, not the wall.
